Star Wars: The Old Republic, abbreviated as TOR or SWTOR, is a MMORPG based in the Star Wars universe. In SWTOR you will have an emotional attachment to your character and face decisions in the game which will guide the development of your character and determine the direction of the character's storyline. Whatever your choices may be, you'll still be the hero (or villain) of an epic storyline which gives extra meaning to the other gameplay pillars.
At E3 2015 conference, EA showed the details of Star Wars: The Old Republic's new expansion, titled Knights of the Fallen Empire. The expansion is introduced "the largest story-driven expansion to date" with a renewed focus on cinematic storytelling. It will be released on October 27 and free to all Star Wars: The Old Republic subs.
Knights of the Fallen Empire tells a new personal story arc where player’s choice will affect the journey. You will play as the Outlander, a veteran of the Great Galactic War and they will come face-to-face with a new enemy, the Emperor of the Eternal Empire. There are new worlds, new companions and 9 chapters of an evolving story in the expansion. Of course, the character level cap is also increased to 65.
One more thing need to mention is that Bioware announced a Knights of the Fallen Empire Rewards Program from now to October 9. Subscribers can earn a collectible set of rewards each month that includes the Companion Nico Okarr, Nico’s Duster and Blasters set, and a Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic-themed Swoop Bike. And people who collect all four rewards will receive as a bonus Early Access to Knights of the Fallen Empire beginning seven days prior to public release on October 20.
