Neverwinter to release on Chinese Xbox One on September 23
The console version will feature "all the same races, all the same classes, all the same maps. The content will be there, with some minor exceptions," according to lead producer Andy Velasquez. The biggest difference for console version is the user interface, which is adapted to fit the Xbox One controller.
Instead of the PC version's floating menus, the console edition sports a "tray" of commands in a controller-like formation across the bottom of the screen, with attacks, spells, and other abilities mapped to the triggers and face buttons for quick access. (Holding LB swaps them out for less frequently used abilities, like dailies or artifact powers.)
Update 1 - Jul 30: Perfect World Corporation officially announced the game will be released on Xbox One in China on September 23.
Perfect World Corporation is preparing a big show at ChinaJoy 2014 for their Xbox One MMO Neverwinter, a game which is developed by Cryptic. The company will provide a playable demo to gamers for the first time and better news is that they confirmed that the game is 90% completed.
