Zenimax plans to do several Class Ability changes by nerfing the Dragonknight a little by tweaking their survivability, making some small incremental adjustments to Nightblades until their class abilities fall in line with others, and addressing the PvP spamming problems.
The team also wants to move the EU megaserver to its final home in a European datacenter, a move that is expected to happen this summer, but more details will be available at a later date.
As for Longer-Term Updates, Elder Scrolls Online Update 3 is planned for July and it will focus on player customization system like armor dyeing, guild insignias and tabards, but it will also bring a revamp of smaller dungeons to make them much larger and give them more content worth exploring, many re-worked quests, more Veteran Dungeons, and another area of Craglorn with an all-new Trial.
