As WoW 6.0, Warlords of Draenor, approaches, Blizzard revealed more and more related contents of the new expansion, included Tier 17 armor sets. This expansion's Tier sets are divide into three types - Mythic, Heroic and Normal. The mythic sets' design is quite different with Heroic and Normal. Of course, you need more effort to get them. And you can distinguish Heroic and Normal sets by their color.
Whole Classes' tier 17 sets have been revealed. But the design may be changed after being released.

Death Knight T17 Blood 2P Bonus: Each stack of Scent of Blood consumed reduces the cooldown of Vampiric Blood by 1 sec.
Death Knight T17 Blood 4P Bonus: While Vampiric Blood is active, your Blood Shield cannot be reduced below 5% of your maximum health.
Death Knight T17 Frost 2P Bonus: Activating Pillar of Frost generates 50 Runic Power.
Death Knight T17 Frost 4P Bonus: While Pillar of Frost is active, all of your special attacks deal 10% additional damage as Frost damage. your special attacks trap a soul in your rune weapon. When Pillar of Frost fades, your rune weapon discharges the souls at your current target, dealing 15% of weapon damage per soul.
Death Knight T17 Unholy 2P Bonus: When Soul Reaper deals its bonus damage to a target, you gain 3 stacks of Shadow Infusion.
Death Knight T17 Unholy 4P Bonus: When you activate Dark Transformation, 3 of your runes are automatically refreshed as Death Runes.

Normal and Heroic
Hunter T17 Beast Mastery 2P Bonus: Kill Command has a chance to reset the cooldown of Bestial Wrath.
Hunter T17 Beast Mastery 4P Bonus: While Bestial Wrath is active, one additional pet is summoned to fight with you.
Hunter T17 Marksmanship 2P Bonus: Aimed Shot critical strikes restore 15 additional Focus.
Hunter T17 Marksmanship 4P Bonus: While Rapid Fire is active, your critical strike damage increases by 5% per second.
Hunter T17 Survival 2P Bonus: When you cast Black Arrow, you automatically trigger Lock and Load.
Hunter T17 Survival 4P Bonus: When you hit a target with Explosive Shot, your multistrike damage is increased by 25% for 3 sec.
Heroic and Normal
Warlock T17 Affliction 2P Bonus: While channeling Drain Soul on a target afflicted by your Corruption, Unstable Affliction, and Agony, the chance for Nightfall to activate is increased by 5%.
Warlock T17 Affliction 4P Bonus: When Nightfall activates, the cooldown of Dark Soul is reduced by 10 sec.
Warlock T17 Demonology 2P Bonus: Hand of Gul'dan now has 1 additional maximum charge, and Corruption has a 10% chance to generate 1 charge of Hand of Gul'dan when dealing damage.
Warlock T17 Demonology 4P Bonus: Hand of Gul'dan has a 50% chance empower your inner demon, temporarily bringing your Metamorphosis form out even while you are not transformed.
Warlock T17 Destruction 2P Bonus: When Immolate deals damage it has a 4% chance to generate a full Burning Ember.
Warlock T17 Destruction 4P Bonus: When a Burning Ember is filled up, you have a chance to cause your next Chaos Bolt to multistrike 3 additional times.
