Game developer Snowball Games has officially launched its new VR fishing game, Fishing Master
, for PlayStation ®VR. The game is currently available exclusively on PSVR for $19.99
Fishing Master skips the worst parts of fishing—waking up early, being really cold, sitting around doing nothing for hours—and focuses instead on the best bit: the battle between human and fish. Even better? Players can experience the joys of fishing without leaving the comfort of their own homes. Though the game may sound simple, much like fishing itself, it demands keen strategy and fast reflexes to hook the perfect catch.
Fishing Master uses VR technology to give players the most impressive and immersive experience possible. The full version will offer 7 different sites, including the chilly waterways of the Arctic and the pristine waters of Lake Geneva in the Alps. You’ll feel like you’re actually fishing in the Alps, in the Arctic and so many other awesome locations. Players can expect to encounter over hundreds species of fishes across the seven maps, with each kind varying in difficulty. Players’ biggest catches will be automatically saved to the game’s aquarium system.
Apart from a traditional single play version, the game offers three kinds of matches: small match, grand prix competition, and professional league. In these gameplay modes, players are required to reach certain goals, such as catching the most or the largest fish within the time limit, in order to achieve victory
Moreover, Fishing Master care about the engagement with players. They are delighted to announce A livestream (8.00PM, 11.5 , PST) will be held on the Fishing Master YouTube and Facebook channel. They look forward to receiving feedback from players and handing out rewards! You can check their official Facebook page for more details.
