SEGA Studios Australia to Shut Down
SEGA has confirmed to Kotaku that its Australia-based offices will be closed down in the not-too-distant future. Once known as Creative Assembly Australia, the studio has worked on a variety of games including London 2013, Stormrise, and the Total War series.
SEGA has undergone significant restructuring over the past summer in an attempt to shift its focus to "developing new and existing digital content, as well as driving key IP for packaged goods". As a result, the company closed down several European offices.
