Brawl Stars is Supercell’s New Real Time Competitive Mobile Game
Following the huge success of Clash Royale, Supercell, the Finnish studio, has just soft-launched its latest mobile game Brawl Stars on the Canada App Store. As the name suggests, it’s a multiplayer brawler with a focus on 3v3 battles.
The competitive real-time PvP gameplay was revealed during a special livestream yesterday. It features four game modes that generally focus on team-based play, such as Bounty, Smash & Grab and Heist.
Bounty, in which teams must collect stars by eliminating opponents
Smash & Grab, where players must retrieve crystals from the centre of the map, with the first to 10 collecting and holding them winning
Heist, in which players must crack a safe protected by the opposing team
Showdown, which drops 10 players into a slowly shrinking arena to battle it out to be the last man standing.
In addition, there are a bunch of different brawlers to unlock and play as. You can upgrade them with loot earned in battle. Each brawler has different style and ability, and you can also customize them with various skins.
