E3 2017: Mario Kart Arcade GP VR is Nintendo’s First VR Game
Nintendo just held a big press conference at E3 2017, however in the other side of world, Nintendo and Bandai Namco announced a new Mario Kart VR game, heading to Tokyo arcade shop VR Zone.
It’s surprising to see Nintendo’s first VR game support HTC Vive rather than rumored Switch VR. In Mario Kart Arcade GP VR, players can control the action in Mario Kart-styled arcade chairs with built-in steering wheels for driving and motion controller wrist bands to allow you to throw items at your opponents.
Located at Shinjuku, Tokyo, “VR Zone: Project I Can” is a virtual reality research facility and arcade shop involved piloting mechs, driving trains, and more.
