Intel CEO Brian Krzanich announced at CES 2017 that their VR and AR hybrid all-in-one headset Project Alloy will start to ship in Q4 2017.

If you are not familiar with Project Alloy, it's a fierce rival to current VR headsets like Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, and it doesn't need to connect to a phone or PC because it itself is a computer and it's completely wireless. It also provides VR and AR usage with one headset. With that you can immerse yourself in the VR content or project the images of the content into the your living room and enjoy it in AR.

There's no price detail or who Intel will partner with for the content.
