Neverwinter Currency Rewards and Acquisition Guide
There are many currency in Neverwinter with each could buy certain special items which may be confusing you the first time you login in the game. Here I made a collection of all the currency and how to get them and spend them.
This is the most basic. Gold (Gold), or its smaller denominations of silver (Silver) and copper (Copper), are awarded at the completion of almost every quest and most foes may drop this currency. Most vendors accept gold.
Astral Diamonds are common currency which is mainly used for AH. And it can be exchanged with Zen.

Actually there are many ways to get Astral Diamonds. Many quests will reward you Astral Diamonds and participate special events will give you some Diamonds too. Besides, crafting quest and PvP daily quests will reward you some Rough Astral Diamonds which can be refined to Astral Diamonds. (At a limit of 24,000 Rough Astral Diamonds per day)
Rough Astral Diamonds
Rough Astral Diamonds can be refined into Astral Diamonds at a limit of 24,000 per day.
They can be obtained from crafting quests or Dailies.
This currency is primarily used in Zen Market.
It is the only currency which can be purchased directly from real-world money. Another way to obtain Zen if you don’t want to spend real-world money is exchange Astral Diamonds with Zen.
Tarmalune Trade Bars
This is currency can be used to obtain some really nice PvE equipment, Mounts and Companions.
Many players may feel confused about where to get them. The only way to get Tarmalune Trade Bars is opening a Nightmare Lockbox. Each box will reword you 10 Tarmalune Trade Bars. And to open the box you need a key from Zen Market for 125Z each. Nightmare Lockbox can be brought from Wondrous Bazaar by Astral Diamonds.
Glory can be used to buy some nice PvP gears and consumables which are only usable in PvP maps.
Only one Companion Jagged Dancing Blade can be purchased with Glory.
Glory is obtained by PvP which can be used by purchasing PvP equipment and consumables.
These are used to purchase items from the Vault of Piety including all kinds of Seals, consumables, dyes and some appreance.
Ardent Coins are awarded per day through the Invocation system.
Also used for purchases from the Vault of Piety.
One of these may be also awarded per day through the Invocation system but they will be revoked resetting to 0/0 if a day of Invocation is missed with a Maximum of 7/7.
You can trade in your collected Seals at any Seal Trader in exchange for special items. Different kinds of Seal can be trade for items of different level. There are mainly 5 kinds of Seal.

Seal of the Manticore: Equipments of Lv 38 - 59
Seal of the Pegasus: Equipments of Lv 59 - 60
Seal of the Unicorn: Tier 1 Epic Dungeon Equipment
