Can Pokemon Revolution Online Be an Alternative to Pokemon Go?
>> Pokemon Revolution Online official site
The team's goal is to keep developing and improving the game as long as the game is alive. The game "launched" in August 2015 but it stays in beta phase since the team is small and server could go down when the funds is cut out.
In terms of gameplay, the team wants to maintain the core features true to the beloved franchise. It gives you access to all 721 Pokemon, as well as 450 working moves, and 100 working abilities. Besides, the game features day/night circle.
Visually the game isn't anywhere near Pokemon Go and so is the social aspect. So I think I'd choose Pokemon Go as my primary Pokemon game to play and only play Pokemon Revolution Online when I'm tired of spending 4 hours outdoor capturing Pokemon with my cellphone.
How about you?
