Black Desert Online Is Compensating for Recent Issues
CM_Jouska continues to say “We all know that every game launch is bound to have problems, but this does not negate the trouble and confusion that they cause for everyone. The success of Black Desert and the Community supporting it has been and will continue to be our primary focus because we know without you there would be no Black Desert Online. As such, we would like to extend a token of our appreciation and apology for any and all inconveniences you may have experienced.”
Below this, he has posted an overview of the relevant issues that has come up and follow-up issues resulting from it, and also compensation based on the affected user groups as well as detailing what the compensation items mean and the delivery process.
Jouska continues to say that there is going to be maintenance on March 3rd to fix the issues. During the maintenance, all users that have been affected by the server mix-up will be wiped during this and will receive an in-game mail as a heads-up. PM_Belsar add his two cents in the end, and at the end of his first cent states that they “will learn from this mistake for the future and prevent it from happening again.”
There has been mixed feelings as a response to what Black Desert is doing at the moment, as some are thanking them for their hard work while others feel like they were scammed. How do you think Daum is doing currently?
The game comes out officially on March 3rd, 2016.
